The Case of the Pedestrian Knifing
A woman lies unconscious in hospital after being stabbed on Briar Road,
and the lone suspect of her attempted murder is a visiting student from Japan.
With no one else in the vicinity, a policeman who happened to have witnessed the crime has
definitively named Mr Soseki Natsume as the culprit.
Fresh off his first trial in London,
Ryunosuke is assigned to Mr Natsume's case by Lord Chief Justice Stronghart.
As he conducts his inquiries, he discovers that the one whose deductions
lead to the poor student's arrest was none other than Herlock Sholmes.
So, along with Susato, the two pay the great detective a visit.
Instead, they find his little partner, the precocious Iris Wilson, at his office.
With her superior deductive skills,
can she better point our protagonists in the right direction than Sholmes?

The Case of the Pawnbrokery Burglary
In the small hours of 16th April, the proprietor of a local pawnbrokery is murdered in his shop.
Collapsed on the floor of the locked back room they share
is a young pickpocket named Gina Lestrade.
Given their proximity and the gun she was found clutching, Gina is quickly arrested as the culprit.
Meanwhile, on that very same night and in that very same place,
Sholmes is also shot as he responds to a burglary in progress.
